Refund Policy
At BANCO , we primarily produce customized, made-to-order products. Due to this customization, specific rules apply regarding returns and refunds.
Custom products
Personalized items (engravings, medals, custom-made objects, products with specific text or design) are neither returnable nor refundable , in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code relating to personalized products.
By confirming your order, you agree that the product will be manufactured specifically according to the information you have provided.
We therefore invite you to carefully check the spelling, dates, texts and options chosen before finalizing your order.
Damaged product or manufacturing defect
If your order includes:
- a manufacturing defect
- damage related to transport
- an error on our part in the personalization
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:
- your order number
- a description of the problem
- photos of the product in question
After verification, we will be able to offer a product replacement or a suitable solution .
Non-personalized items
While some items offered on the site are not personalized , they can be returned within 14 days of receipt , provided that:
- the article has not been used
- it must be returned in its original packaging
- it is in perfect condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
